Constitutional Political Economy is a professional academic platform focused on the intersection of constitutional analysis and modern economics. The core of the journal is the study of how to integrate institutional dimensions such as political, legal, and ethical institutions into the study of economic science in a systematic way, in order to gain a deeper understanding of economic behavior and economic policy.

The journal encourages scholars to adopt an interdisciplinary research perspective and combine the theories and methods of economics, law, political science, ethics and other disciplines to conduct in-depth discussions on constitutional economics. Research topics may include, but are not limited to, the impact of the Constitution on economic activities, the role of legal systems in restricting market operations, the economic effects of property rights protection, and economic development models under different political systems.
