The magazine covers multiple aspects of information ethics research, including the development of moral values in the field of information, the establishment of new moral rights, information myths, hidden contradictions and consciousness in information theory and practice, and the development of moral conflicts in the field of information. In addition, it also focuses on ethical issues in the online society, such as privacy rights, intellectual property, information abuse, and online fraud, which require a new ethics department to define, interpret, and mediate.

The Journal of Information Exchange and Social Ethics provides scholars with a platform for in-depth research and discussion on these issues, aiming to promote the healthy development of information technology, construct ethical norms for the network society, and provide solutions and strategies for the ethical challenges faced by the information society. By publishing relevant papers and monographs, the journal has made significant contributions to the development of information ethics and has promoted global attention and research on information ethics issues.
