Independent Journal of Management&Production (IJM&P) is an open access (OA) academic journal that covers a wide range of topics in management and production. This journal is committed to publishing high-quality original research articles aimed at promoting innovation in management theory and practice, as well as improvements in production processes and systems. IJM&P pays special attention to research that can provide insights for management decisions and bring efficiency to production practices.
