Forest and Society is an academic journal that focuses on the interrelationship between forests and society. The aim is to explore the role and impact of forests in social, economic, and environmental aspects, as well as the relationship between social factors and the management, protection, and sustainable use of forest resources. Its specific content may cover the following areas: research on sustainable forest management, logging strategies, and protection of forest ecosystems.

The role of forests in providing ecological services such as water conservation, soil conservation, climate regulation, and biodiversity conservation. Explore the contribution of forest resources to local communities and economic development, such as the timber industry, forest tourism, and other related economic activities. Involving the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of forest policies, as well as the roles and participation methods of different stakeholders in forest management. Study the importance of forests to society in terms of culture, tradition, spirit, and people's cognition and attitudes towards forests. Analyze the impact of climate change on forests and the role of forests in addressing climate change, such as carbon storage.
