Radiological Physics and Technology is an international academic journal dedicated to the field of radiation physics and technology, published by Springer Press. This journal is dedicated to publishing original research and reviews on medical imaging techniques, radiation therapy, radiation physics, and medical engineering. The content of the journal covers the physics and technological innovation of medical radiology, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, and imaging equipment, aiming to promote interdisciplinary research in medical physics and radiation technology, as well as research in new scientific fields.

The editorial policy of this journal not only emphasizes scientific quality, but also formulates educational policies to encourage and cultivate new researchers. Reviewers follow the guidelines set by the editor in chief, provide comments, and help non-native English speaking authors, especially young researchers lacking English publishing experience, improve their ability to write scientific papers. The review cycle of magazines is relatively short, with an average review cycle of around 4 months, which is an attractive point for authors.
