（1）前言：一般不超过300字。应重点概述研究的背景、理论依据、预期结果及意义等，一定要明确提出本文的写作目的。

（2）基金项目名称按照国家有关部门规定的正式名称填写，注明项目编号。

（3）注释号码采用阿拉伯数字表示，作①、②、③……每页重新编号。

（4）编辑部有权对录用稿件作适当文字删改。其他约定请作者严格遵守国家及行业的有关保密规定，稿件刊出后文责自负。

（5）内容摘要：用精炼的语言提炼出文章的核心观点和创新之处，不能写成研究背景介绍。一般不超过400字，用楷体小4号字。
