The Journal of Alzheimer's Disease Reports is an open access journal dedicated to Alzheimer's disease and its related diseases. This journal publishes original research, reviews, case reports, and other related content on Alzheimer's disease, aiming to provide a platform for researchers, clinicians, and nursing professionals to discuss the latest research findings and clinical practices. The content of the journal is not limited to the pathophysiological mechanisms of diseases, but also includes research on diagnostic tools, treatment strategies, and patient care.

The magazine published a series of important studies. One of the studies proposed a "lipid invasion model," which is a new Alzheimer's disease theory that suggests the disruption of the blood-brain barrier allows free fatty acids and lipid rich lipoproteins to invade the brain, triggering the disease process. This study provides a new perspective for understanding the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease and may open up new diagnostic or therapeutic possibilities. It has had a significant impact on scientific progress and clinical practice in the field of Alzheimer's disease by publishing high-quality research articles.
