The Journal of Kidney Cancer and VHL is a peer-reviewed online open access journal that focuses on disseminating research findings on kidney cancer and Von Hippel Lindau disease. Renal cell carcinoma, also known as renal cell carcinoma, accounts for approximately 2% of all cancers, and abnormalities in the VHL gene are the main risk factor for the development of renal cell carcinoma. VHL abnormalities can also lead to another rare disease, VHL syndrome, whose incidence rate is estimated to be 1/36000.

This journal aims to become an academic forum for academic exchange, enabling scientists to develop better treatment strategies for these two diseases. The Journal of Kidney Cancer and VHL publishes basic scientific and clinical research articles on all aspects of kidney cancer and VHL, including original articles, reviews, case reports, brief communications, and letters to editors, and is suitable for submission.
